Wednesday, December 10th, a B Day
Seniors, the date of the Bottle Drive has changed. The event will now be held on Saturday, December 13th from 9 am to noon. We still need volunteers, so stop by Ms. J's room to sign up!
Attention Seniors: Due to the snow day, Senior sibling photos will now take place this Thursday, during 10th period in the steam center. We will use the same times from the original sign up. Please go on the sign up and fix your time slot if you no longer can come. Email Mrs. O'Rourke to reschedule. Photos must be taken by Christmas break.
Also, Superlative winners have been emailed. Check your email to see if you were voted a class favorite. Pictures will be 10th period this Friday in the Steam Center. Mrs. O'Rourke will send out a time schedule for pictures by the end of today. Email Mrs. O'Rourke to reschedule. Photos must be taken by Christmas break.
There will be a Stage Crew meeting on Monday, December 15th, in Mrs. Murphy's room, 2001, during 10th period. Please see Mrs. Murphy if you can not attend.
There will be a GSA meeting tomorrow, December 11th during 10th period in Mrs. Bennett's room.
If Santa travels around the world in 24 hours, he would need to cover nearly 500 million square kilometers. This means he would be traveling at speeds of 400 meters per second to reach every house to deliver gifts. Come down to math club Tuesday, December 15th in Mrs. Carps room, 10th period to participate in other fun math problems like this. Special baker, Mrs. Murphy will be providing baked goods for snacks!
Due to the Faculty meeting today, there will not be any 10th period. All students not involved in an activity should go home at regular dismissal.
Happy Holidays from the Bear Necessities Staff and good luck in this year's Micro Lucky Duck Hunt!! Everyday, our staff hides 15 new ducks around the building. If you find a duck, email a picture of the duck number from your school account to beardenvideo@chittenangoschools.org. Look for daily winners on our instachat and our grand prize winner will be announced on the Dec 19th Holiday Show. Please one duck per person so if you find two, share the holiday fun with a friend!! GO DUCKS!!

Last night the Bears wrestling team beat Cortland 78 to 5. With wins coming from Dan Mahle, Ian Bentz, Deagan Capobianco, Tommy Keville, Elias Alling, Ryan Oppenheimer, Damien Jenne, Sam Schulz, Noah Haarman, Tyler Addison, Henry Schober, Neri Abt, Trevor McDonald, Casey Silvestro and Riley Ewing. Great job Bears! Keep it up and thank you to all who came out to support!
